Few people find a video like a picture as below when using the Himeeting.
The problems include the video is black, or oblique or stretch.
This maybe caused by your video camera or VGA card problem.
How to solve it?
First, you need to make sure your video camera can work normally. Try to use the camera in another application such as the application software provided by the video camera. If you can see a normal video, it means the video camera can work normally. If you do found the same problem as you have seen in Himeeting, please change your camera or un-plug it and plug it again.
Secondly, please check your VGA card settings. And the steps are as below:
1. Close your Himeeting program;
2. Righ-click your mouse on blank area of your desktop and select 'Properties';
3. Click the Setting tab, and notice the Color setting. If the current value is '16 bits', please change it to '32 bits' or '24 bits'. If the current value is '32 bits' or '24 bits', please change it to '16 bits'. See as below.
4. Click the 'Submit' button and then launch the Himeeting program.
The problem usually will be solved by this adjustment.
