Q: If you see " Failed to verify the HIBOARD, the program can't run further!" please check whether there is a good connection between whiteboard and PC.
A: 1.Please check whether having used special-purpose gorge line of whiteboard,
       and whether there is a good connection for gorge line.
    2.When connection is made through the USB2.0 to RS232C cable,
       check whether it is correctly connected with special-purpose gorge line.
    3.Check whether the whiteboard is power-on (It is normal only when the yellow and
       green indicator lamps on plug socket of power lightening).
    4.Check whether serial ports from COM1 to COM4 have been occupied, and you
       must select one serial port from COM1 to COM4 for whiteboard.
    5.Check whether driver of whiteboard has been setup correctly.

Q: When startup HiBoard software, it shows “Error happen when loading XML File”.
A: Check the version of Internet Explorer, upgrade IE to version 6.0 +.

Q: Only part of whiteboard can be written on.
A: 1.Check the whiteboard driver. Maybe the whiteboard model is not set correctly.
       Go the setup HiBoard driver for details
    2.Check orientation of whiteboard is correct or not.

Q: Some orientation points can not found when orienting the whiteboard.
A:1.Check whether lateral deviation and vertical offset of projector are set correctly.
       Ensure all content on PC screen can be projected to whiteboard.

Q: Electronic pen cannot write normally.
A: 1.Check current working mode of software. Writing is effective only under Draw
       Mode or Annotation Mode, and not effective under Control Mode.
    2.Do not press the button on electronic pen when writing.
    3.When you write, keep the neb of electronic pen vertical to panel of whiteboard.
    4.You should not press the electronic pen to hard.
    5.Check whether the battery is dead or not. Replace new one if necessary.

Q: How to exit from software of whiteboard?
A: 1.Click "Pop Menu" on Floating Tool Bar, then click "Exit" in the pop up menu.
    2.Or click “File”( on main menu), then select “Exit”.
Q: Why image Projected is shape of trapezoid ?
A: 1.It may be that projector is not level (like, the front is higher than the back or
       the back is higher than the front), so a trapezoid appears.
    2.Please adjust the projector. For details, please refer to user's manual of projector.

Q: What type of projector is needed to match with the HiBoard?
A: 1.HiBoard can work with most of the popular projector.
    2.Some requirements are: Front projector, over 500 Lumina.
    3.If the room is big, then you need to consult with the projector supplier for assistant.

Q:How to do it when serial port is occupied.
Both table model and notebook PC allow to add some new serial port, there are two ways to select
A: 1.Install a serial port card on PC (note: generally, PCMCIA serial port
        card for notebook PC)
    2.Using"USB2.0 to RS232C+ special designed gorge line” to connect whiteboard
        with PC together.

Q: Can 25-pin serial port replace 9-pin serial port?
A: 1.Yes, but only you have installed an adapter from 25 to 9 pins on PC.

Q: How to clean the panel of HiBoard?
A: 1.Never use per mental marker on whiteboard! Once you have done it, clean
        it immediately.
    2.Clean the panel carefully cleanly cloth and special clearer for whiteboard.
    3.Attention: Power off the whiteboard before you do the cleaning job to avoid
        electricity shock!
