Ikonnet announces its new product - HiClass E. HiClass E is a turnkey solution for live event broadcasting and interactive collaboration, while maximising the use of education resources.
Although it has just been released, HiClass E has received a warm response from educational society. Ikonnet is currently working in a project with a leading training Institutes that has over 10,000 students. This project is aimed to aid teachers and students in efforts to increase educational achievement through the innovative uses of HiClass E technology in the classroom.
Multiple classrooms teaching with enhanced interactivity
HiClass E is a turnkey solution that allows a teacher to teach multiple classrooms at the same time. A teacher can teach from a remote classroom and broadcast it throughout different classrooms with HiClass E's terminal.
HiClass E also emphasizes two-way communication between a teacher and students in different classrooms. This is done by allowing the students to communicate with the teacher through the HiClass E's terminal located in that classroom.
Integration between HiClass E and LMS/LCMS
Another key function of HiClass E is being able to record the teaching process, so it can be played back in the future or it can be used as an e-learning material.
On top of that, the database that is compiled of recorded files can be integrated with LMS (Learning Management System) or LCMS (Learning Content Management System) to create an e-learning platform.
Maximise resources and teaching process
HiClass E will reduce the need of new infrastructure like auditorium to host a seminar for hundreds of students. Schools can simply incorporate a few classrooms installed with HiClass E to host a lecture or a seminar addressed to hundreds of students.
Not only economical from space point of view, but also time wise. Rather than repeatedly hosting the same popular subjects or lectures from a famous speaker, schools could just host one class for a specific subject and let all students attend at the same time. This will save time and effort in repeating the same teaching or lecture over and over again.
